noisy heating bad solution
the hotel location was acceptable because it was close to some restaurants.
the room heating was noisy, i did not like that at all. i was told this is normal in an old building, i was really surprised by this answer. i am disappointed the offered solution involved turning it up and opening the balcony door, it was not a good solution at all.

cold air conditioning space heater
the central air conditioning blasted cold air constantly. it could not be turned off or adjusted, so the room was freezing. the staff offered a space heater as a solution. this created a situation with both hot and cold air throughout the room.

peaceful city stay
safe parking infused water rooftop pool
i found the underground parking safe with easy hotel access. infused water at the front counter was a nice touch. the rooftop pool offered magical city light views and sunset vistas. the bedding really provided a good night's sleep.
the room's air conditioning was set high making the space uncomfortably warm

the hotel is located very close to the bustling downtown district. bars restaurants and classy shops are all within easy reach of the hotel. excellent public transport options are readily available nearby too.

decent stay overall
spacious room clean room comfy bed slamming door bad smell long duration
the room was spacious and clean. beds were very comfortable. the hotel provided us with a fridge and kettle. the pool area was lovely to sit out.
the hotel room doors continually slamming shut was not good. vac trucks kicked the crap out of the oil. it started stinking bad into the room and it went on for an hour or more.

convenient location helpful staff poor lighting mini fridge
the location of the hotel was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the room had poor lighting for workspace. also, the hotel didn't have a mini fridge in the room, a disappointment.
